After being the fat kid all my life, 18 months ago I completed a c25k programme.
Unfortunately life got in the way and I didn’t keep it up. Now I’m back, more unfit and fatter than ever but determined to do it.
The plan is to complete c25k in the next 8 weeks and then in April compete 5-10k and by the end of the year have run my first proper 10k race.
I’ve already signed up for my first two medal challenges to get me motivated.
