My challenge to myself is to enter a race a month for the year. I m new to running and have several health issues but despite this running is my happy place! I aim to run a race a month from 5k to half marathon. I will be running each week to train for these races and will be covering from 4 - 10 miles depending on training plan. My challenge is all about seeing a reward for my hard work. 2019 is going to be a great year ?‍♀️?
