To continue regular strength and conditioning training. Learn Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for fitness and self defence.
Lift heavier - 100kg front and back squat by end of 2019 Improve clean technique 5 x Full body pull-ups in a row (from hanging position, no rest) Attend BJJ class once a week In October 2018 I tested at lifting the following: 75kg deadlift 60kg Front Squat 40kg Clean I think I would struggle to do this now - maintain and improve for 2019! |
