Too much food and alcohol over the last few years have slowed my running times. Time to get back To fitness - hit a new 10K PB and finally beat the 1 hour hurdle for 10K.

Lost My Mojo

I've lost my running mojo completely towards the end of the year. I'm happy to complete one off 5km races but nothing looking term. I NEED to keep motivated.
