I plan to run 1500 miles in 2019 all tracked on Strava on both road and trails. I am a keen runner and hope this will push me further than I have managed in previous years!

I have just completed my own personal challenge of 2018 miles for 2018 (my photo is my final few yards of this challenge completed on New Year's Eve). So to now go straight into 2019 miles for 2019 is a huge challenge given the miles already completed. It would be great to have some bling at the end of 2019 !

I've been running every day now for 380 days and this is my way of keeping this momentum going. I plan to continue to run every day for 2019.

Since taking up running in 2011 I have lost 5 stone with just 1 stone to go to target weight. 2019 is my year !
