So if you hadn't guessed by my username I'm a little obsessed with ducks....I know I'm a little weird but for 2019 I want to push myself in 2016 i fat shamed myself online 2017 i lost a bit of weight 2018 i gain the weight back and some i lost my confidence i stopped working out I've lost my social life my free days are spent at home in my pj's so 2017 as the title says i will transform myself in all aspects only this time using this as motivation i will keep it up and keep going.

So the challenge to accomplished 1000km in 2019 (currently i barely walk 2km without being in pain)
To lose 4 stone (i join Slimming world the 2nd Jan)
To go back to the gym on a regular basis..

A little silly one get a makeover as crazy as it seems i haven't had my hair cut in nearly 4 yrs. I've been trimming the ends myself.

Ultra before 30

Push myself in fitness and mentally to take on 100km ultra in one go before i turn 30! I plan to walk the full south coast challenge non stop whilst raising money for mind.

Following a long lay off after brain surgery, I need to start running again, with no races entered and 6 young children, motivation is needed to keep getting me out there!
I have set myself the modest target of just 500miles for the year, I would also like to hit the average of the 10miles in each week if I can. I am an oxymoron in that despite running the London Marathon I am lazy! I struggled to be motivated to train properly and have never actually hit my 'modest' target of 500miles since I started running in 2010.
So, here I am. Trying to find my feet again (literally, piled on the pounds!!) going for my first ever year long challenge and hoping to stick with it all the way to completion

Starting small can be such a big achievement to your self as a personal goal.

I really want to run a half in less than 3:30 and would be thrilled if I could do the GNR in 3:15 or under but just to beat last years time is my goal

I graduated from a beginners couch to 10k course in July 2018 and have since ran 5k, 10k and a couple of 10 mile runs with my club Sittingbourne Striders. I have signed up to two half marathons in March, one for Macmillan cancer support in memory of my Mum. I ran nearly 500k last year and have switched to miles, so 500 miles this year will be a big challenge!
