I am aiming to loose weight, not sure how much but I'll know when I get there. I am currently 16st 10lb (6ft) so I think I'm aiming for 14st 10lb and see how I feel when I get there. I will update my challenge when I get to that weight (if needed). I also aim to walk (usually power walking pushing a full large double pushchair) at least 5k a week. I know that doesn't seem much but I rarely do anything over and above my 'normal' working routines so power walking will suit me.

My challenge to myself is to enter a race a month for the year. I m new to running and have several health issues but despite this running is my happy place! I aim to run a race a month from 5k to half marathon. I will be running each week to train for these races and will be covering from 4 - 10 miles depending on training plan. My challenge is all about seeing a reward for my hard work. 2019 is going to be a great year ?‍♀️?

I am a 68 year year old with severe arthritis. I try to do 5000 steps a day but week ends are my downfall. My challenge would be to maintain 5000 minimum Mon- Fri and 3000 at the weekend. I also would like to lose around 1 lb per week. I am really enjoying the challenges and since I got my fitbit am able to do Marathons around the world. Virtual ones of course.
