I will run 1000km during 2019. Coming back from an operation last year I would like to set a positive challenge. This will equate to just over 10km per week.

I would like to be able to run a marathon, but to do this I need to be more consistent with any sort of training I do! So a challenge for myself is to run a minimum of 10km EVERY WEEK of 2019 to ensure I am remaining consistent and on target to improve my overall fitness and eventually run further!
Last year I would run 3/4 times 1 week then none at all for 2 weeks ??‍♀️

Eventually I will run the marathon for the charity Miles for Mitchie!!

My goal is to loss 100lb by the end of 2019. I started a weight loss class and joined the gym. My 2 girls are 4 and 12 weeks and I want to get fit and healthy to be able to keep up with them.

This year, 2018, I covered 711 miles in total, mixture of walking and running. Next year, I want to cover 800..yes that's right 800 miles over 12 months. It equates to just over 2.1 miles a day, 15.3 a week and 66.6 a month. I will do this as a mixture of walking and running, but will aim for atleast 400 miles of running :)
