Having started running in April 2018, it is really beginning to change my life for the better. This year I want to continue to push myself and run to change and improve both my physical and mental health.

This year my running challenges are to:

* Complete a sub 30 5k
* Complete a sub 1 hour 10k
* Complete two half marathons
* Run 1000k over the entire year.

Started back in Sept 2018 when a friend and I both decided to set ourselves big long term goals. As of today (22nd Dec 2018) I am #5down15togo, with another to do before the end of the month, leaving 14 to complete in 2018. Each one is rewarded with a medal (some from here, some are live races and some are from the swaps box at my local running shop), but each tells a little bit of my story.

1000km for 2019

To run 1000km in 2019. In 2018 I ran just over 600km but was pregnant and stopped running at 37 weeks up until 6 weeks post partumn. This year I want to hit 1000km

This will be challenging for me as previously my highest monthly total was 25.
