Set your own target for 2020. Reserve your Hit My Target 2020 medal and if successful you will receive it engraved with your accomplishment. Create a target page and set up 2020 for your best year of running and fitness. You can set a target based on number of miles, number of Parkruns, miles covered on a bike, number of visits to a gym, or looking to lose those few extra pounds. Your target, your choice.
Anyone can create a free My Target page, but reserving a medal will cost £15. Set your target and keep a track of your progress to keep you on course to complete and accountable.
To complete your challenge and earn your medal, if you have reserved one (£15) you will need to do the following.
1. Create your Target page - Set a target that will last 12 months, until the end of 2020. Medals will not be dispatched until December 2020. The name of your page will be engraved on your medal. So 25 characters or less and make it mean something to you.
2. Reserve your medal (optional)
3. You must update your Target page monthly. To complete the challenge you must have updated your page once a month for the period of your challenge.

1.You must complete your challenge by the end of 2019.
2.You must post an update once a week on your own personal challenge page on the MedalMad website.
3.When you create your challenge, we will need to approve it, it needs to be something that will push you.
4.We may ask for evidence that your challenge is realistic and not something you will complete in a few months.
All medals will be sent out at the end of 2019.
Medal limited to first 300 entries. Entries must be submitted before the end of January 2018 to reserve a medal.

I have varying health conditions, the main one being fibromyalgia, so this will certainly be a challenge for me! But i will do my best to achieve this and not make myself poorly doing it!
I also hope to start to do some jogging this year .... so we shall see!

As I finished up my classes this spring, I noticed that I had really let my exercising go to the wayside this past winter. While I cannot change that, I can take the summer to get back on track and get myself back to a fit, healthy physique!
I currently weigh 185 lbs, and my goal is to get myself back to 160 lbs by the time that it really starts to feel like fall here in October.

Hello là gang de challengers! Pour mon premier challenge perso, je m’en suis dit on y va cool/chill, mais pas trop quand même.... Donc, pour le choix le plus pratique: la marche. Pour le côté challenge: avoir mal aux pattes.
So, go! c’est parti mon kiki! Une semaine de marche à s’en faire mal aux pattes, voyons voir combien de kilomètres (ou mètres? Ahahah) ça va faire dimanche prochain!

My challenge is to walk or run 500 miles in 2019, starting off small and simple.
My challenge is my own personal goal as I didn’t know where to start, loosing weight and understanding fitness can be a scary new thing!
Starting small can be such a big achievement to your self as a personal goal.

My goal is to complete 1000K in 2019, not from my daily steps but focused fitness walking and running. I'm a newbie to running so January was all about walking, I'm currently about to start walking/jogging my mileage on February 1st, but by the end of the year I want to be comfortably and happily running it :) And it all has to be done outside, despite the weather!
The reason for me doing this is I lost my Mum last summer, which happened unexpectedly, and as a result afterwards my fitness levels took a huge nose dive. Basically any type of fitness became non-existent. So some time has passed and it's now a new year and time to set some new goals and to focus on wellness and fitness again.
i managed 482km last year so this years goal is to hit 600km, after losing 8 stone I want to maintain my weight loss. I will go to the gym twice a week and run at least twice a week.
