Walking towards a monthly 300 mile target including a bit of running. I’ve already walked off a dress size in the last 2 months and am so much fitter. Determined to continue throughout 2019 to reach target of 3600 miles. 51 but not over the hill yet ?

Time is my biggest issue. I just can’t commit to running everyday when sometimes I’m out of the house for 16hrs at a time with different start and finish times and locations.
So, my challenge is to attend a Parkrun at least once a month for the whole year. However I also want to advance my distance and complete a half marathon this year, namely the great eastern run in October. Having not a lot of time to run this is going to be a massive challenge for me.
