Day 2 Well it nearly started with family emergency
Breakfast 2 poached eggs
Mid morning snack 1 apple half a dozen strawberries n grapes
Lunch break salmon pasta loaded with veggies
Followed by more fruit n water
Tonight I finally re joined slimming world and got on the dreaded box
Also achieved roughly 5k walking between work n slimming world group.
No more foodie updates till Wednesdays but I'll check in with walking progress on Sunday night
