During 2019 I am going to get to 10st 7lb with the help of healthy eating, 2 strength training sessions and 3 Zumba sessions per week. I will aim to walk a minimum of 8,000 steps a day building up to 10,000.
Current weight is 14st 9lb.

    Week 4 and I’m pleased to say I’ve lost a stone in total (3lb this week). Still keeping up with the exercise 1xlegs,bums and tums, 3xzumba, 3xcircuits and walking. May slip up this week due to family celebrations but hoping it may only be a maintain.

    Week 3 is complete with a 2lb weight loss and a lot of exercise. 3 x circuits, 1 x legs, bumsand tums, 1x Soccercise, 2 x Zumba and a mammoth walk on Saturday of over 30,000 steps. My muscles are feeling every single movement today. Hoping this week will result in a 2lb loss again so I can get closer to the stone lost. Feeling so much better in myself with the 11lb lost so far, clothes are getting loose which is great as really want to get back into the size 12’s that are in my wardrobe.

    Sorry a late post for week 2 ....... weight loss 3lb, 3 x circuits, 3 x Zumba and 1 x Soccercise completed. My god, my muscles are aching. Still cooking most nights except when I’m working the close then it’s a pasta salad from home. Avoiding all of the things I would have had before like Tesco sandwiches, burgers and cheesy fries. At the football on Saturday I had a salad whilst everyone else tucked into cheese and ham paninis. Thought this would be a day that would be an issue as previously I used to have the burgers and fries but am determined that this weight will disappear for good and the only way I’m going to achieve it is by healthy eating and exercising. There’s no such thing as a quick fix to weight issues.

    1st week completed of Fit for Life. 3stength training circuits completed. 2 Zumba sessions. Weight loss of 6lb. Feeling happy and motivated. Trying lots of new healthy recipes that the whole family are enjoying. Let’s hope this week is as good.
