Time to start my 2019 planning and training plan sorted because Aug will be here before i know it and i refuse to fail my ultra due to not putting the work in!
9 days done, still have todays to do. Not the distance i wanted to have cover but the cold grey weather is making it hard to find my get up and go. As long as i dont miss a day i will be happy at the end.
3rd day of RED January done, just a walk into town and back to do mum things but better than nothing. 12km covered in 3 days, all adds up towards my training.
