My challenge for this year is to really push myself and get moving and achieve 365km which is obviously 1km a day. It will be an average as some days will aim for more but by end of the year want to have hit 365km. I have already done 1k yesterday and so it's begun. This is my year 2019 bring it on!!!

    Where has the time gone nearly half a year gone and been a few months since updated, had a few health problems recently and a couple days in hospital. I'm back on it again and will post a proper update with totals.
    Completed my first 5k challenge with some family members, I've also signed up today to another 2 medals with the birthday discount x

    Had a mini family break and weekend away with the girls plenty of walking and dancing them km away

    Little update 😁

    I've managed to get one of the amazing inspirational women medals (spice girls 😍)
    I've completed part 4 of the running hat so 1 tie left.
    I bought medal for my 23 month old and he has done 86% of the Jurassic 5km one 😀😁

    Also signed up for a 5km event at the zoo 🤩😍xx

    It's been a while since updated wanted to update weekly but life got in the way so my aim is a monthly update (probably at the end to see where I'm at) I've hit a brick wall very very early in my challenge and have really struggled to get motivated to get up and move.
    I wanted to do 1k a day as it seemed like a low target but even that proved too much for the last few weeks. I have had a good word with myself and starting again so yesterday I did over 5k with walking and cross trainer so that's helped chipping away at some of my km I've not achieved yet.

    I haven't done one a day but over the week I got to 7.

    I've signed up for a few different challenges not just to do with fitness, this is my year of change and will be bumps along the way but will get there x
