It is a bit of a challenge for me as i fell short of my 2018 goals of 500 miles running. It was a difficult year but that is no excuse. So I am going to aim to go further in 2019 but using different activities.

As 2018 has been pretty stressful it would seem that I have put on a few pounds so this year I will be losing 2.5 stone.

Starting weight is 17.5 stone.

I hope to keep everyone update dated on here as I think putting it all on FB can be annoying for others.
