I aim to complete 365 miles of running and/or walking in 2019, the equivalent of 1 mile for every day of the year. Why I have decided on this challenge? I work in healthcare and understand the importance of regular exercise for physical and mental wellbeing. Unfortunately, I spend at least 12 hours a day sat on my backside, doing my job and commuting an hour each way ☹️ So my challenge is to try and get myself moving more to help keep me fit and well ?
