I'm pretty motivated when training for half marathons (up to now I've always entered autumn ones) but I need to get out and get some runs in the rest of the time. Volunteering at parkrun is not an excuse to miss a run that weekend!!!

Nb On the occasion of snow, if this winter is anything like the last, then allowances can be made - as I live at the top of a hill I'm not risking the rest of this challenge by trying to run downhill on ice and snow ?
