    Well; Feb hasn't gone as well as January with a combination of not feeling great, snow, husband being away, big deadlines and therefore working late has led to some comfort eating and snacking which has mean that I haven't made very good progress.

    A positive step is now cycling to the train station about 1.5miles each way (including up hill on the way back). that is helping the fitness but I need a more balanced approach with food.

    Finishing Feb on 26.5km
    with 75km total .

    I will take across weight tomorrow morning and will start again tomorrow.
