Having suffered with plantar fasciitis for the past 3 months I need to increase my distance slowly. I am signed up for the MOR medals so running a 1000km is already there as a challenge.
I have to average 84km to complete the 1000k, my furthest distance in a month has been 68km so I have a short way to go.
So with that in mind.......
My challenge is to run a greater distance each month than the previous month, with January starting at a minimum of 70km.
