    +2 lb 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️😭 Quarter if the way through the year and I am 1lb lighter 🤦🏼‍♀️. My instinct is to give up (that's what I would normally do). But I really want to lose at least some of the 50lb, even if I fail this challenge (although I want the bling) cos I love running and want to be better at it and I know my weight is holding me back. So I'm going to try to just focus on smaller goals for now and may spam this page each day to keep on track x

    Shaved 3mins off my 10k on today. Really pleased with that. The race was very hard mentally tho as it was more serious than any I have done before so had to get over the fact I was one of the last to finish. Had to keep repeating to myself 'my race, my pace'

    Still totally failing with the diet. But just looked at my running stats....have run more km than last week and more than last month. If I keep this up it will before than last year over all. Focussing on the positives 😆

    Taking back control. Planning out what I am going to eat this week and am exercise plan. Need to get my head back in the game. January went so well so I'm going to weigh in, do measurements and start again in the morning 💪 Focussing one day at a time.

    Stroke resolution run 10k smashed. Training has been rubbish but got out there, dug deep and jeffed a pb. It was very cold and windy but I really enjoyed it. Feeling a real buzz of positivity now.

    This week I am focussing on running not weight loss. I have my nans funeral on Friday and a 10k race on Sunday. My training went to pot due to my nans illness and death, but I am determined to complete it however slow. So far I have done 2 runs this week and have a short run planned for Friday morning to keep the legs moving and to help clear my head. And Sunday I will go and do my best and focus on finishing, not time 😊

    Faced the scales this morning. My emotional bingeing hasnt completely undune my progress....+3lbs.
    What's done is done tho. Aim for this week....have a more positive outlook, drink less alcohol, run more in prep for my 10km race on Sunday. Couldn't get out of the house to run today, so with no access to a treadmill I ran on the stop for 20 mins (better than nothing) 😂😂

    So February has flown by. Been pretty rubbish personally, emotionally and diet wise. I think I have probably undone all of January's weight loss 🙊 but tomorrow is a new day and a new month. I am determined to get this 🏅 so I am going to prep, plan and be focussed.

    Having a crappy week after the lose of close family member. Avoiding the scales, eating and drinking crap, bit tomorrow is a new day and I will get out for a run even if it is only little. On the plus side I might be signing up to a pretty muddy run with friends and I received my first time for the running hat medal 😊
