    Second week of the Nike training done, felt weird only doing 1k one day however it was a 5min k as opposed to my usual 7min ks which could be why it wore me out so much! There doesn’t seem to be many actual long runs but then the only training plan I’ve ever used is C25k and that was all about increasing time not distance. Oh well I guess it’s just trust in the app! Am a little worried that Parkrun won’t fit into this app due to the distances they want me to run but we’ll see. Can always squeeze the missing days into the end of the year!
