    So this year has began okay. I have managed yo get 5km done running which is pretty poor, but a good 20km of all activities. So im in good shape to achieve my goal this year. I will be joining more medals this year as I will use this as added motovation yo get my ass out the door, it's suprising how much of a mental game running is. Often I find myself saying to myself 'i can't be bothered' or 'I will go tomorrow'. Well not this year. I am planning on running every other day at first until I get back into the swing of things. However I wont punish myself if I dont manage to get out, I will merely try and make up the Kms at a later date.

    I think this year is going to be a good year for my running.
