1. 1 x 20KM Challenge. Whole medal is shipped at the end of your 20km challenge.
2. 4 x 5KM challenges. Each mini medal is sent after the 5KM challenge is completed. Your medal hanger medal will be sent with the Frog 5KM charm. (+£5.00)
The challenge starts on the 1st of March 2021, evidence can be submitted early. Evidence must be submitted by the 30th of June 2021.
You can run, walk, swim, cycle or use cardio equipment at home or in the gym. Please submit your evidence in My Challenges on the website or use our free app to track your challenge.
