You can run, walk, swim, cycle or use cardio equipment at home or in the gym. Please upload your evidence to the my challenges section on the website or MedalMad app.
You have a year to submit your evidence and earn the 2000KM medal. Evidence must be submitted to your account by the 31st of December 2021. Evidence must be from the 1st of January 2021 and all evidence in the year can be used.
