Stand Tall and Be Proud 5 Miles
Everyone loves a meerkat an this 5 mile (or 8km) medal will stand proud and tall in your collection. You can take on this virtual challenge by running, walking, swimming, cycling or using cardio equipment in the gym or at home.
Medals will be sent out from the 1st working day in February. You can submit evidence early. Evidence must be submitted by the 28th of February to claim your medal.
