Warriors are known for their bravery, how brave are you? Will you start with the smaller distances and build up or maybe just choose your favourite warrior.

Each challenge has its own virtual map, in the home location of each warrior. Navigate around the map and see if you are a true warrior.

Once you have entered you can use the website or app to track you progress.

The app has lots of features to keep you motivated including the challenge maps, progress bars, follow friends and support others, message and send emojis of support. There are also groups you can join with fellow challengers for extra support.

How to complete a Virtual Challenge?

MedalMad challenges can be completed by running, walking, swimming, cycling, rolling, rowing or using cardio equipment at home or in the gym. You can break down the challenge into smaller parts and track your challenge as you go.

Once you have joined the virtual challenge you will find an upload/submission section in your My Challenges page on the website and app.

You can upload images of tracking apps, race results, images of dashboards on cardio equipment, images of a running or fitness watch or use the MedalMad basic tracker.
