Happy New Year from Memphis, TN. I started the Rising from Ashes Phoenix Challenge 100 mile today. This challenge symbolizes my goal to improve my emotional and physical health while dealing with grief. Walking in nature has been a big help, so I’m excited to add a little reward for myself with this challenge.
