									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m sorry, but that makes absolutely no sense as it&#8217;s more admin for the user to update their progress each time. I&#8217;ve done challenges from other companies like Pacer and Conqueror and they ALL do automatic submissions, likewise my Garmin links to my Strava. As for the duplicates, it just shouldn&#8217;t be possible. There should be a process where&hellip;</p>
