<p>Over shot my long run today but managed 15km which I am super proud of </p>
</p>
<p>And yes recovery now two days rest with easy walks only &#x1f970;</p>

<p>My daughter got me this challenge for mothers day already completed and recieved my medal. I am currently training to run GNR in September so the extra motivation is fabulous. I have currently lost 8 stone and I am building my fitness step by step! </p></p>
