									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Due to 2 sports injury related set-backs in the last 4 months, I have finally gotten back onto the treadmill at work! </p>
</p>
<p>Slowly but surely getting my steps back as well as rehab. </p>
</p>
<p>Started the Be Yourself 5km challenge to ease myself back and give myself motivation. No running for me unfortunately but 30 minute walks on the treadmill after my shift in the gym! </p></p>

<p>But that&#8217;s ok. For someone who is completely new to running but always played Sports I&#8217;m trying my best&#x1f44c;&#x1f3fc;.</p>
