You can either link it to Strava app or enter your distance/steps/minutes etc manually

But if you have multiple medals you are working on and brought together it depends whether you selected individual shipping or bulk shipping (individual – they ship as you complete them, bulk shipping – they ship all medals together when you have completed all challenges).
