I&#8217;ve also added in a bit of rebounding in the sunshine too, great to get a bit of music on and jump about, its nice as a warm up before i head to the gym or to loosen up first thing on a morning. Im really enjoying this medal challenge and the way its using my&hellip;</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As a busy mum of 8 and nannan to 3 little boys, finding time to smash in some exercise hasn&#8217;t been a priority for years. After I got diagnosed with fibro and chronic pain, it gave me the push I needed. Since January Im 13kg down and still going. Im lifting weights 3x per week and now Im aiming for my first medal and walking 12k steps plus per&hellip;</p>
