For where I live the motivation is the weather changing. Moving into autumn but we are getting lots of sunny crisp days. Nice to walk in. See what happens later down the line.

Started my LEJOG the other day and my uploads felt like a teeny drop in the ocean but to see today that I’m ahead of what I’m guessing is the pacer makes me feel good.

Just joined medal mad today and LEJOG is my first challenge of hopefully many. Hoping to get active and clear out some mental cobwebs.
