Jingle All the Way to Christmas 2019

 The Christmas break is fast approaching and many of us will be looking forward to celebrating with friends and family, drinking and eating all of our favourite things, snuggling up on the sofa and watching festive films that take us back to the days of our childhood.

But how many of us keep up with our regular running / fitness regime over the festive season? Or do you like to to have a well earned rest, enjoying the festivities, with a plan to start back in the New Year?

There are many Christmas park runs happening over the festive season so why not sign up to one and drag your friends and family along to help burn off some of those Christmas calories. A quick type into google and up pops runs happening up and down the country – several even happening on Christmas Day -or go to www.parkrun.org.uk and find events in your area. If anyone is joining in any charity events or running in Christmas fancy dress then MedalMad would love to see your pics!
