The Polar Run 5KM 2020

This Christmas embark on a magical adventure of your own by taking park in The Polar Run 10k. Do you believe you have what it takes to complete this virtual challenge by walking, running, cycling, swimming or using the gym? This challenge has been designed for the believers amongst us to keep them motivated throughout the cold winter month of December.

You can run, walk, cycle, swim or use the gym to earn this medal. Download the MedalMad app and you can enter your time to the relevant results pages. This challenge can be done in parts or as a whole.

Evidence must be uploaded to your account by the 31^st December 2020. Medals will be sent out from the 1st of December 2020 for this challenge.
