Free-Build Partner Challenge – Eligibility & Promotion Terms

1. Who qualifies
   This free build is for charities, schools, community clubs and workplaces with a 500+ audience (email + social) or an expected 100+ participants. We prioritise partners launching within 60 days.

2. What we provide (free)
   We create a co-branded challenge page, set up rules, badges, leaderboard and community group

3. What you commit to
   You’ll appoint a Challenge Captain, who will be the point of contact in the challenge group for challengers. promote the challenge on your community platforms and marketing. Share a post highlighting the free challenge hosting offered by MedalMad.

4. Money & donations
   There is no fee to run the challenge. Where there is a large number of sign ups 200+ we may create finisher rewards for your challengers. These can be purchased via our site and will be sold on a profit share basis. 

5. Data & privacy
   Participants sign up with us and may opt in to our emails. We share aggregate stats (registrations, completion, sales totals) with you; we don’t share raw personal data without a separate agreement. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Branding & case studies
   “Powered by MedalMad” appears on challenge pages and certificates. Unless you opt out in writing, we may show your logo and results in case studies.

7. Fair use & limits
   One free build per organisation per year. Includes one round of minor edits. Requests outside our templates, full white-label, or complex customisations may require a paid upgrade.

8. Timelines & cancellations
   If required assets are not received within 10 business days or promotion commitments aren’t met, we may pause or cancel the free build.

9. Safety
   Participants are responsible for their own fitness and safety.

10. No guarantees
    We can’t guarantee registrations, funds raised, or sponsorships.
