We send all our items via Royal Mail. this includes in the UK and internationally.
Internationally we offer a tracked and untracked option.
There are two ways to receive your order. Single Shipment or Multiple Shipments. Please read below.
Single Shipment
All items in your basket are sent in one shipment. If your order has any virtual challenges the shipment will only take place when the last challenge is completed. This means any item, even shop items, in the order are sent in one single shipment.
Multiple Shipments
If you choose multiple shipments your order will be bundled as follows. All virtual challenges will be sent as you complete them. All non virtual challenge items will be bundled together and shipped on purchase.
