Description

Create and host your own virtual fitness challenge. First choose the number of places you would like to offer. There is a minimum of 25 places required for us to create and host your challenge. You can alway purchase more codes later.

Once you have signed up and purchased your first batch of codes you will have access to design your challenge.

In the design section you can add your challenge with your own trail, milestones, text and images. We will help you to create the perfect virtual challenge for your group.

Once submitted we will approve your challenge with 24-48hrs Mon-Fri. We will be here to help you every step.

You will also have access to our range of bespoke reward products at discount prices. Design your rewards and we will send these to you to distribute to your challengers as they complete your challenge. Use our in built medal design tool to create the perfect finisher medal. Not cheap tiny, sticker based medals, but super sized high quality medals printed with latest UV printing technology.

You will be notified by email when a user completes their challenge so you can award your finisher awards.

STEPS TO CREATE YOUR CHALLENGE

  1. Purchase your challenge codes. You can purchase more in the future if you need to get more
  2. Create your challenge in the Organisers section. You can draw a route or import a GPX or KML file.
  3. Add text and images into the waypoints on your route.
  4. Send route for approval.
  5. Once approved you can then purchases bespoke finisher rewards (optional) You can design your medals, awesome finisher t-shirt or even a coaster.
  6. Rewards are sent to you along with the link and codes to the challenge for your users to join the challenge.
  7. Users will need to register on the MedalMad app or website to join?

Looking for a completely bespoke white label challenge?

  1. Try the Group Challenge Packs where you can use QR member cards to access your challenges. Each user will get their own card. No app, no need to register anywhere. You will get an email when a user completes the challenge and you can award the medal. Remember to note down who you give each card to when you hand them out. Cards are branded along with your challenge map.
