How to Take Part
Run, Walk, Cycle, Row, Step or Roll: Whether you prefer running like the wind, walking through picturesque trails, cycling with the freedom of the breeze, rowing across virtual waters, or even rolling with joy, the choice is yours!
Flexible Timeline: Start your challenge up to 3 months after you sign up and have the full challenge duration. After three months your challenge duration will start. So set your own timeframe and off you go!

Track your Progress
You can track all your activity in miles, KM’s or steps directly in our mobile iOS and Android apps or using the website, so if you do not want another app, no problem.
You can enter an activity into the app either by manually entering its distance or by syncing your activities from Strava, and choosing which ones to add.
