    I cannot log in

    Try the following:

    1. Check your email and password.
    2. Try logging in to the MedalMad website using the same details.
    3. Type your password manually instead of using autofill.
    4. Check your internet connection.
    5. Turn off VPN or private relay temporarily.
    6. Delete and reinstall the app if needed.
    7. Contact support if the issue continues.

    My purchased challenge is missing

    Check that:

    • You are logged in with the same email used for purchase.
    • Your payment/order completed successfully.
    • You have reopened the app after purchase.
    • You have a working internet connection.

    If the challenge is still missing, contact support with your order number.

    My progress looks wrong

    Try:

    1. Reopen the challenge.
    2. Pull to refresh if available.
    3. Close and reopen the app.
    4. Check whether the activity was added to the correct challenge.
    5. Check whether the challenge has expired or completed.
    6. Contact support with screenshots if it still looks wrong.

    My Strava connection says successful but the app does not show connected

    Try:

    1. Return to the MedalMad app.
    2. Open Sync.
    3. Tap Refresh.
    4. Close and reopen the app.
    5. If still not connected, revoke MedalMad from Strava connected apps and reconnect.
    6. Make sure you are using the latest MedalMad app version.

    Strava synced but no activities were added

    This can happen if:

    • No challenges have Strava sync enabled.
    • Activities are outside the challenge dates.
    • Activities were already synced.
    • The challenge is complete or expired.
    • The Strava activity is not eligible.

    Open the challenge, go to Sync, and make sure Strava is switched on for that challenge.

    GPS tracker did not save

    The tracker may not save if:

    • The activity was too short.
    • GPS signal was weak.
    • Location permissions were not granted.
    • The phone blocked background location.
    • The app was closed or interrupted.

    Try again outdoors with a clear GPS signal.

    The map crashes or does not load

    Try:

    1. Update the app.
    2. Restart your phone.
    3. Reopen the challenge.
    4. Avoid repeatedly opening and closing the expanded map quickly.
    5. Contact support if the issue continues.

    I completed a challenge but did not receive an award

    Try:

    1. Reopen the app.
    2. Open the completed challenge.
    3. Open Awards.
    4. Check your internet connection.
    5. Contact support if the award still does not appear.
