I’m a weaver, if you aren’t a weaver you might be surprised at how physical it is. As a person with limited mobility and chronic pain it’s become increasingly hard, but I love it. I’ve ordered one of those old fashioned clip on pedometers so I can count my treadlings (which are at least as much work as steps) and do a challenge focussed on the physical aspect of my art.
