Hi. If you go onto your challenges it should have a submit square that you touch and you can put in the km or miles you’ve done. If you scroll down it will ask you to upload evidence – a photo – and then it will log them for you. You can connect to Strava but I’m not sure how to do that lol 😂 Hope that helps 😁
