4Im just trying to get back to the fitness that had me doing races and having fun. Had a long slog of about 15 months with Achilles tendon problems so glad to finally be able to be back at it. I love a good run in the sun 🥳
3Having Parkinson’s, doing the challenges has kept me motivated. There are days when I really struggle but I know there is a medal waiting for me at the end. Keep going and good luck everyone 😊
3Ran out n a back yard ultra with my son, was such a great experience and got me back into the exercise rhythm.
3I walk to & from school & work. Also run 2-3 times a week. I’m training for the Royal Parks Half Marathon, my first one so been doing a lot of different exercises as well.
2I stepped out of my comfort zone and took my bike for a trip to Bath and cycled some of their local trails to add some miles to my fitness goals this week. Nice to try some new roads and have a change of scenery.
3I have been walking, running and going to the gym Monday to Friday. I am always trying to achieve the goals that I have settled.
2I have been out running both trail and road routes working upto my half marathon mileage
2My daughter and I have been walking around Blackpool in the sunshine this week, amazing how a bit of sun can boost our step count. Love these medals for motivation. 😁
