I had not updated my steps for couple weeks nice surprise when I added them all tonight I’ve now completed my 100mile challenge 3rd one this year 179 miles in total not bad for just on treadmill for 5 min sessions though out the day (I’m in a wheelchair so not possible to do any other way ) but I am so proud of myself I’ve also lost 35lbs…
