On a bike ride and stopped to watch these beautiful swans as they sat preening themselves on the embankment of canal! Have watched these cygnets all summer and was an honour to sit so close to them ❤️🦢🦢🦢🦢🦢❤️@formula1_mt I have counted this towards the new healthy challenge by the waters achievement…

I realize this is miniscule, but I’ve never been one to workout, and certainly not run. I’ve recently lost 63.8 lbs (4.557 stones), and today, I ran .25 miles without stopping or slowing down.
