Started my first ever challenge. It certainly made me more motivated to get out for a run with the dog.

Hi, I took part in my local St Giles charity ride today. 71.42 miles! I’m shattered now but all for a good cause 😊.

Been in Italy in vacation and had to do a mass update because I keep forgetting to put in my daily steps. I’ve walked about 60 miles in just over a week! I was totally amazed!
Mot going to lie, I’m jealous you are in Italy! What a great place to walk. Keep it up

Did the Wingham 10km race today. Was expecting rain but it stayed dry.

Day 15 of my 500 miles challenge in 60 days. I’m still on track at 25% (125 miles) completed today.
I surpassed my first 100 miles just a couple days ago which was when I took the pic of me holding up 1 finger for my first 100. The bridge pic I took during my walk today. My legs are feeling this challenge!

Finally got past half way. Had to walk dog and run to get my distance in, always feel better after. Happy walking, running or whatever activity your doing to earn your medal and goals 😃

Wow, over half way of my 100 miles challenge, really enjoying my walks. We found a new place to go and the weather stayed dry for us too 🙂
