Amazing medal .very special as I just come back from Normandy . Done over 80miles on bike . Normalny i would run it but Iam awaiting for cartrlidge transplant in my knee so Iam proud I done it anyway

I am new and cannot figure out how to put in my 17 miles walking around Kobe, Japan for the medal. I see how one does a virtual walk but understood I could put in my mileage. Can someone tell me how to do this? I hate to think I just walked 27 miles for nothing.
