Because of my shin splint injury I have not been doing as much walking as I was getting into the hang of doing. As a result I found out over the last week … since I got my injury… I have put on half a km ( half a guinea pig) in Weight.
I have to admit this brought me down emotionally but then my spirits shot up again as my indiana Jones runners of the last ark medal came in the post this morning and here it is.
I am happy now. 😊

I love my new medal too. At first I thought it was the famous boulder behind him. Them I noticed the runes around the edges and realised it was the amulet that attached to the staff and showed them where to dig for the Ark in the movie. The amulet that got burner into the gistapole guys hand. ( probably not spelled that right ) . So much work and details go into these medals 🏅 it is the little touches that make them so awesome. 👌
