      how do I connect my Apple Watch to the mad medal app so it records my running? Thanks

        Currently they only have the function to connect to Strava. My Strava is linked to my Garmin watch so I have just linked my Strava. Once connected I haven’t had to log in or even open up the Strava app 😊
